Not a commission. ## How a project runs - Brief (Directors): We take the brief with you: the audience, the message, where it will run, your references and approved claims. Scope, schedule and sign-off are agreed before anything is made. Your part: References, approved claims and a named reviewer. - Visual approach (Visualisers, with designers): The brief becomes frames you can react to — style frames, a storyboard or an animatic — so the look and the sequence are settled before full production starts. Your part: Approve the look and the plan. - Production (3D artists): Modelling, materials, lighting, simulation and animation in Blender, with previews at the agreed milestones. Your part: Feedback, consolidated through one contact. - Edit and finish (Editors, with designers): The shots are cut to time, titles and graphics are added, and every version and format you asked for is prepared. Your part: Check the cut and the versions. - Review and delivery (Directors): Every delivery is reviewed against the brief before it reaches you. On medical work, a qualified scientific advisor checks the scientific interpretation alongside your reviewer.
